This is the best venturi injector I have found. The barbed fittings make it easier to use.

In my previous cold plunge builds, I've used venturi injectors with 3/4" threads which have caused frustration and leaks in my filtration & sanitation system. This fitting eliminates the need for additional adapters, PTFE Thread Seal Tape /Thread Sealant and PVC Primer & Cement. Less PVC parts = less leaks. Win, win!

If you are using an Ambohr Spa-124 Ozone Generator to sanitize your water, the venturi is essential to inject ozone into your water. As water is pumped through your plumbing system and into the venturi, a vacuum is created at the suction port. This pulls ozone through the tubing and into the water line of your cold plunge.

This fitting is perfect for DIY-ers. It is easier to use and minimizes the potential for leaks with 3/4" barbed fittings on the inlet and outlet sides. It works with both vinyl tubing and flexible spa hose commonly used in DIY cold plunge plumbing.

DYI Cold Plunge Service

Joe is very helpful in his videos and responds to personal questions. Ordering parts and drawings from him makes setting up your own DYI cold plunge easy even if your not that handy.

Venturi #2

After the first version of your Venturi (black) it was leaking (left side) and did not have enough suction power to work. So I ordered your latest barbed version, but after installing that one it did not leak but it again did not have enough suction power (not sure why?). I took last shot at it and installed an additional ball valve in between the filter and the Venturi. Basically that ball valve needs to be almost closed for the Venturi to work. Lots of plumbing parts later and now it bubbles!

I've built a few plunges now and these Venturi injectors are the best ones I can find.

Works great. The advice on the plumbing set up also worked well.
